KONCOCHII will review the product category, pricing, preparation status and relevant conditions before proposing an implementation plan.
Do I need to send a large quantity of products to Japan from the beginning?
No. The purpose is to start at an appropriate scale and test the market before a major investment.
Does the 600,000 JPY fee include all costs?
No. Product costs, Makuake fees, logistics, import duties, testing and external provider costs are charged separately.
Is the approximately 98,000,000 VND a fixed price?
No. The VND figure is for reference only and changes with the JPY/VND exchange rate. The official fee is based on JPY.
Does KONCOCHII guarantee sales?
No. KONCOCHII supports preparation, coordination and project management, but does not guarantee sales.
Is listing on Makuake guaranteed?
No. Publication depends on the product, documentation and Makuake's review process.
Can food products be sold in Japan?
Each product must be reviewed individually. Ingredients, labeling, testing, import conditions and applicable Japanese regulations may need to be confirmed.
Can I consult with KONCOCHII if I do not yet have Japanese packaging?
